You will find your personal dedication to wellness as the most important factor. After many years of using this modality, I have found that there is no magic pill for a pain free body. However, those who decide that they want to take control of their own health and wellness, and adapt this as part of their daily lives, receive the highest dividends. Whether you spend 15 minutes a day or 60 minutes a day, just make it a priority and you will be amazed at the response your body will give you.
